Sony Ericsson Aino having problem with its display
According to Yahoo, the Sony Ericsson Aino smartphone is currently having some issues with its display occurred in UK. The said problem with the smartphone’s touch screen causes it to be withdrawn by major mobile phone dealers such as namely Carphone Warehouse and Phones 4U and remove it from their shelves.
According to SE Spokesperson Mattias Holm, the company is currently making some appropriate measures to resolve the problem with the Sony Ericsson Aino’s touch screen problem. He also said that the touch screen issue affected only a few customers in the UK which Holm looked at it as a minor issue and believes that it doesn’t see any damage to the company’s reputation.
British consultancy CSS Insight analyst Geoff Blaber however noted that the touch screen issue couldn’t have come at a worse time for the company and with that, they need to resolve the issue within just days and not weeks.
Aside from the Sony Ericsson Aino smartphone, there is also some problems with the Sony Ericsson Satio smartphone regarding its software which also causes the phone to be on hold by Carphone Warehouse. This is a very critical time for Sony Ericsson and is seriously taking things at a time.
