Lawyers said Google execs not liable for abuse video

YouTube is one of the most popular video sharing sites that enable uploading and streaming features for the registered users. YouTube even accounts about billions of views per day among its Global users. Video sharing sites sometimes have videos or clips that offend certain groups of people especially those that are oriented with the rights they have and those that are protecting the rights of others. Updates for the 4 Google executives that was accused responsible of the online posted video that featured teenagers abusing autistic you in Turin seem to let the lawyers argue.

The battle between the privacy rights and confidentiality versus the threat for freedom of expression by Google’s YouTube site still continues with trial proceedings. The prosecutor asked for a sentence ranging from 6 months to 1 year in jail, which is actually charged with defamation and privacy violation. The four execs denied the accusation and final verdict is expected to be heard late in January. The argument also settles that the Italian view of uploading videos should always have the consent of the subject filmed, while Google replied, that they cant do it, because it is very difficult for a group of workers asking individually the subjects of each video to be in the film or video.
