Panasonic DMC-G2 Digital Camera

The Panasonic DMC-G2 is obviously a step up from the G1 predecessor but it is a successor in more ways than one with all the carried over features but it is a device of it’s own as well with all the new traits the device packs setting it clearly apart from the cheaper G1.

The Panasonic DMC-G2 is a Micro Four Thirds that looks like a DSLR and has quality that may almost be a DSLR in depth and resolution. The device is more expensive than the G1 because of several aspects that are not only improved but revamped completely like the touch screen display that has the latest in Panasonic’s touch-sensitive technology as well as a user interface that is easy and smooth to use. The device also packs a 720p HD video recording capability that comes quite useful because of the AVCHD Lite format it uses that is a lot friendlier to efficiency and the high frame rates that hike up to 60 per second is also quite amazing.

The Panasonic DMC-G2 is really a camera that stands out but carrying over the features that have been popular on the G1 didn’t hurt either as it features Intelligent Resolution technology that the G1 has as well as the optimized image quality the G1 has.
