The Sony Dash Tablet has been marketed as an Internet viewer above anything else and with the incorporation of Netflix streaming into the bit, the device may have gotten itself a sweet boost for attracting customers out of the iPad market and into the Dash market.

The Sony Dash is one of the many rising competitors to the self-proclaimed market innovator, the iPad which has more than proven itself unworthy of the title and inferior in a lot of aspects to what a typical techie consumer’s idea of what a Tablet computer should be. The dash has a of course what the iPad doesn’t have though the iPad has a lot that it doesn’t have either like a larger display and although it is not a direct competitor to the device, it is still sucking consumers out of the iPad market especially with the Netflix streaming update.

The Sony Dash has a 7 inch screen that has a 16:9 aspect ratio that works best with movie viewing, it comes with a USB port that allows for media transfers from external sources but the sad part is though that it is not multi-touch and does not have a virtual keyboard but for a lower price than the iPad, it is still worth buying.
