The latest camera from BenQ comes in the form of the E1240 Digital Camera that has a slim design great for taking around on trips and the great image quality the camera captures with it’s decent lens makes it a great point and shoot camera with a well rounded functionality.

The BenQ E1240 Digital Camera comes in a cool blue color and is slim and portable. Designed as a point-and-shoot camera, the E1240 features a 12 megapixel 1/2.3 inch CCD image sensor capable of bringing lively photos that can be near enough with the 3x optical zoom lens that’s a 35-105mm equivalent. The display is a compact 2.7 inch LCD screen with 2 LED modules that is used for backlighting providing the photographer with decent illumination on the previews. The Camera can also take High Definition video at 1280 x 720p at a frame rate of 20 per second which is quite decent.

The BenQ E1240 Digital Camera also has P/Av/TV mode as well as Super Shake Free technology from BenQ that reduces blur, an auto Panorama mode and Fish-Eye mode is also available for you to enjoy. No price for the new device has been announced but will be coming out shortly.
