SunBrite’s 5510HD ruggedized outdoor TV to debut at CES 2010
HDTVs are great for enjoying your favorite HD movies, and consumers have a lot of option in choosing the right unit that would suit their entertainment needs. Most units usually offer the same features, but SunBrite’s new 5510HD TV provides more than just a great viewing experience. The HDTV also allows users to watch videos not only in the comfort of their home but outside as well. To cut the long story short, the 5510HD TV is ruggedized and designed to withstand harsh conditions.
Aside from watching your kids play outside, it would also be nice to have your HDTV accompany you with entertainment while cooking or grilling outside your house. You can do that with the 5510HD TV which is specifically created to be used outdoors that can resist water, dust, bugs and other factors that can ruin other typical TV sets. This is made possible courtesy of its tight-sealed enclosure along with fans to keep the unit cool in harsh temperatures of up to 122 degrees.
For the video quality, the SunBrite 5510HD TV offers a 55 inch screen display supporting full 1080p HD resolution with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and 4000:1 contrast ratio. The set even has four HDMI connections, component, VGA, S-Video, composite, RF, RS232, and discreet IR control. A fiber optic light path is also included to allow user install an IR emitter behind a watertight door.
The SunBrite 5510HD TV is already available with a price tag of $7,195.
