The Nokia 6700 classic Gold Edition
It looks like this has been a golden year for the tech market as more devices kept on emerging with golden makeover. The Nokia 6700 will be one of them as Nokia introduced its Nokia 6700 classic Gold Edition. The Golden Edition will be covered with 18-carat gold and will come in two versions, one would be mixed with white front and back design and the other will have pure gold color.
Aside from that, there is still a nice 5 megapixel camera along with its existing GPS capability. It runs S40 and the fast 3G connectivity is still present.
In addition, the company have bundled the Nokia 6700 classic Gold Edition with an 8 GB microSD card and a leather carrying case adding more classic appeal to the mobile phone. Upgrade includes a 30-day navigation license from Nokia Maps service. Unlike the Nokia 8800 Gold Arte that has Bluetooth headset, the Nokia 6700 classic Gold Edition uses a wired headset.
The new Nokia 6700 classic Gold Edition will sell for 370 euro or 545 US dollars before taxes and subsidies, it is assumed to be shelved by the first quarter of 2010.
