Wake up with Philips Wake-up Light

Waking up in the morning is made easier and lighter with this new product from Philips. The device was specially designed to people who have limited access to the natural sunlight in their homes, which is believed to be the natural “wake-up alarm”.

Unboxing the Philips Wake-Up Light will let you know that the pack includes an antenna for the FM radio, electrical cord and of course a manual. The overall design of the device is simple, sleek yet stylish.

But let’s talk about how it works. The device’s clock should be set together with the light and alarm settings. There are four different choices of sound you can choose from namely, percussion instruments, bird chirping, soft drums and wind chimes. In case you get bored with these sounds, you can opt to waking to your favorite radio station as it has a built-in FM radio. You then need to set the light level.

Overall, I believe that the Philips Wake-up Light is a good solution to people who have difficulty waking up in the morning especially if the weather is gloomy outside. But for those who are pleased with their waking conditions, the device could just be a bedside lamp/FM radio—a good $134.99 at that.
