The Pad tablet has a 10.2” touch-screen display and a new user interface—called Seline—that is said to minimize stylus-tapping to access data more easily. The gadget is also equipped with a 1.6GHz Intel Atom processor, 1GB of RAM and 160GB HDD, pretty much the standard specs of most netbooks. Windows 7 is integrated as well so we are expecting a much-improved tablet-type device. It is also Wi-Fi and 3G-capable so you can browse anytime.
In addition, it has a multi-format card reader, built-in webcam and microphone, an ethernet port and 3 USB ports. It is projected to sell at around $750 though official announcement of its launching is not confirmed yet.
